We ship exclusively using PostNL and DHL, providing reliable and efficient delivery for your skincare products.
3. Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €70 within The Netherlands and Belgium. Free Standard Shipping orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability, and usually arrive within 1-7 business days once shipped.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive confirmation via email once your order is shipped, including a tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Tracking is available via the shipping company’s website, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship to The Netherlands and Belgium. If we do not currently ship to your country, we apologize and are working to expand our service area.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait at least 2 business days before contacting us. We will file a claim with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue. For damaged or incorrect products received, please contact our Customer Care team at Info@sapedaskincare.com immediately for resolution.
8. Claims for Missing Items
For packages that are reported missing, we are unable to assist after 15 days from the date the package is marked as delivered or last scanned by the carrier. We encourage you to report any issues as soon as possible.
