At Sapeda Skincare, our goal is to help you find the products that are the perfect fit for your skin, health, and lifestyle. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products. If for any reason you are not, we are here to assist you.

2. Return eligibility

We accept returns on any full-sized product as long as it is unused and received within 30 days of the initial purchase. If a gift card was used as part of your payment, any refunds will be issued in the form of new gift card credit.

3. Time frame for returns

All returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of the return label being emailed. If products are not received within this timeframe, we cannot authorize a full refund or issue another return label.

4. Monitoring return activity

We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused. Any determination of policy abuse is at our sole discretion and is not subject to appeal. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons and methods beyond informing the consumer that their refund request has been denied due to abuse of our return policy. Please note that returns sent without authorization from our team or that do not meet the return criteria will be recycled or disposed of.

5. Responsibility for forwarding companies

We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss of orders delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is their responsibility, and you will need to contact them directly.

6. International returns

We accept international returns. Please ensure that products are returned in accordance with our return policy criteria.

7. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any items.

8. Steps to return products

  1. Submit Your Return:
    If you would like to return an item purchased on our website, please contact us via email at Info@sapedaskincare.com. Be ready with your order number and the email address used for the order, as you will need both to initiate your return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item.
  2. Pack Your Return:
    Please safely pack the products in a shipping box or padded envelope. Affix the prepaid return label to the box and ship it back to us via your local PostNL drop-off location.
    All returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of the return label being emailed; otherwise, we will not be able to authorize a full refund.
