1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription to the monthly skincare products offered by Sapeda Skincare. By subscribing, you agree to comply with these terms, so please read them carefully.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer a variety of subscription options to suit your needs:
- 3-Month Subscription: Enjoy three consecutive months of our carefully curated skincare products.
- 6-Month Subscription: Experience six months of skincare delivered straight to your door.
- Open-Ended Subscription: A flexible subscription that allows you to receive skincare products monthly without a set end date.
3. Subscription Payments
Payments will be processed at the time of your first order and every month thereafter until you decide to cancel. Please note that gift cards cannot be used for subscription payments.
To keep you on track, you’ll receive an email reminder 7 days before your next monthly order, letting you know that a payment and shipment is on the way!
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 14 days: If you change your mind, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for this refund, subscribers must contact us via email at Info@sapedaskincare.com and provide your subscription order number, along with returning any received products. If products are not returned, the payment for this purchase won’t be refunded, but your subscription will still be canceled.
- 3-month and 6-month subscriptions: After the initial 14 days, cancellation isn’t possible for these subscriptions.
- Open-ended subscription: Subscribers may cancel the open-ended subscription after a minimum period of six months. After the initial 14 days, you can easily manage your cancellation online in your account settings.
5. Managing Your Subscription
Managing your subscription is simple! Just log into your Account settings on our website. Here’s what you can do:
- Change your shipping and billing addresses.
- Request cancellation of your open-ended subscription after six months.
- Renew your 3-month or 6-month subscription plans.
- Update your payment information to ensure smooth processing of upcoming orders.
- Add additional products to your subscription to further customize your skincare routine.
6. Product Availability
Your subscription is contingent upon the availability of our products. While we strive to keep everything in stock, in the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, we’ll notify you and provide options for substitute products or adjustments to your subscription.
7. Returns and Refunds
All subscription products are subject to our standard return policy, so please refer to our Return Policy for further details. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, reach out to us right away at Info@sapedaskincare.com so we can resolve the issue and initiate a return.
